Samsung Data Inspired Customer Comms
Digital comms to bed in new Samsung mobile customers by getting them to sign up to the Samsung app. We could then feed them useful personalised content and offers based on their interests.
A series of data inspired customer journey's were created and used as sales tools.
Facebook Carousel ad. Customer could rotate phone and immerse themselves in a personalised image based on their interests. They could then swipe to read about relevant products with links to purchase.

Push notifications based on customers Google searches. We pushed relevant product suggestions and offers with links to unbiased product reviews which included an ad to purchase.
